Shipping and Returns

 

Shipping:

Items that are in stock are usually delivered within 7 working days. Shipping can however take up to 14 working days if the item is not in stock at the time of ordering. We ship from Monday to Friday and business days do not include weekends or Bank Holidays! 

Once we have processed your order (usually within 24-48 hours) you will receive an email confirmation on the e-mail you provided us upon ordering. As soon as we ship your order out you will receive another email with a tracking number so you can track your shipment.
Please note that all parcels need to be signed for; failure to do so would result in the package being returned to your local Post Office or local delivery depot for collection.

In any case, if there is any issue with your order on our side, you will receive an email notification. Unfortunately however delays can happen which are beyond our control. 

Please contact the courier if you experience any problems with your delivery. 

We will not be responsible for any additional costs such as import charges, duty charges, VAT custom fees etc.; this applies to customers outside of European Union.

Shipping Disclaimer:

Make sure you check your contact details, especially your address before you place your order. We cannot change your address if it is not correct. If your address is incorrect and your package has already been shipped out, we cannot rectify or for that matter do anything for you until it is returned to us. Any additional shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

If you by realize your address is incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at info@hbbcollection.com so we can try and correct the address before your parcel is sent out!

 

General refunds policy:

Our refund policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. You can return the delivered product within 14 calendar days of the delivery date. The product must be completely unused and in the original packaging in order to get a refund. You can send an e-mail to info@hbbcollection.com to receive a return form. We ask you to complete the return form completely and return it together with your product. We will not process your return without this return form.

We recommend that you return the package as a registered package with a Track & Trace number. We are not responsible for the loss of your return.  The return costs are for your own account. Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you.

We will inspect the returned item upon receipt. If the product has been used, we cannot accept your return for hygienic reasons. We will determine whether the seal is still intact and/or the product has not been used. Should the product be damaged or missing as a result of negligence on your part, you forfeit your right to return.

If we have approved your return, we will notify you and refund the price of the product, excluding the shipping costs to your account within 5 working days. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. If you still haven’t received a refund contact your bank or credit card company it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Most of the time it will take some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@hbbcollection.com 

 

Returns policy disclaimer for wigs and products.
Due to the nature of the wigs and bundles we sell and due to personal hygiene reasons, we cannot accept back wigs or bundles. The following items also cannot be returned: Items placed as a special order or items customised or made for the buyer and all other wig care accessories (such as syl glue ). There will be no refunds or exchanges issued for the above mentioned products. 

If a product is defective, you must ship it back to us within 5 days of purchase with all tags and wrappings attached. The defective product must be completely unused in order to get an exchange or a refund.
